Actor in a Leading Role
Essentially, there are three that I would like to win, but without a doubt Dicaprio will win. As much as I would like to have Bryan Cranston win for Trumbo or Eddie Redmayne for The Danish Girl, there is no way that they'll win justdbecause of exposure or lack thereof. On top of that, I imagine that the Academy just wants to put the whole "No Oscars for Leo" thing to rest.
Actress in a Leading Role
I'm actually not sure on a prediction for this category but out of what there are, I really hope that Saoirse Ronan wins for Brooklyn. Her depiction of the dilemma she was presented with in that movie was excellently done and in all honesty quite a bit better than the others.
Actor in a Supporting Role
As much as I'd like for Mark Rylance to win for his depiction of a Soviet spy in Bridge of Spies, I do really think that Mark Ruffalo really deserves the Oscar for Spotlight. The dialogue in that movie is of legendary quality and anyone who can deliver the lines as snappy as this movie managed to portray definitely deserves to win.
Actress in a Supporting Role
In my opinion, just like I said above, anybody who can pull off that legendary dialogue deserves to win the Oscar thus Rachel McAdams deserves the win.
